About the Supplied Zoomdata Accounts
Two unique Zoomdata accounts are created during the Zoomdata installation process - a superaccount and a company account.
The superaccount is a dedicated and permanent account that cannot be deleted. Its sole purpose is for the maintenance of other Zoomdata accounts and other supervisory Zoomdata functions.
The supplied supervisor user can only be assigned to the superaccount. Other users can be assigned to the superaccount. Users assigned to the superaccount have full access to the Zoomdata supervisor UI and its supervisory functions. See Adding and Removing Supervisors.
The company account is the default account where the supplied admin user can perform administrator-level functions for Zoomdata.
Other users can be assigned as administrators of the company account. Simply add them to the Administrators group for the account.
