Clearing the Cache for a Data Source Configuration
You can manually clear the cache for a data source configuration.
To clear the cache for a data source configuration:
Make sure you are logged in as a Zoomdata administrator.
Select (Settings) and then select Sources. The Data Sources page appears.
In the My Data Sources table on the Data Sources page, locate the row displaying the data source configuration with the cache you want to clear.
Click the icon in the Clear Cache column of the My Data Sources table.
The cache is cleared for the data source configuration. Data will be freshly loaded into the Zoomdata cache the next time it is requested from the data source. For more information about data caching or to disable it, see How Zoomdata Caches Data.
You can force Zoomdata to bypass the visualization cache and query the underlying data source by selecting Refresh All from a Zoomdata dashboard menu.
